Come out and sweat with Lita Lewis as she leads a fun but challenging bootcamp that’ll leave you sweating and inspired! The Body Blast Bootcamp is one hour of high-powered movement with a focus on explosiveness and power. You can expect high intensity intervals with lots of plyometrics that specifically targets the lower body and core.
You will be using your very own body weight as Lita leads you through a series of drills that are orchestrated to increase your speed, agility and strength that will no doubt test your limits and push your boundaries!
